Shipping Information
Covid-19 update:
Given the global situation, please expect for there to be shipping delays. It is possible that you may receive your order after the estimated delivery time which is 3-5 days.
UK Delivery:
Standard Shipping via Royal Mail 3-5 days: from £2.50 depending on the size of your order.
Please be aware that Standard Shipping does not include a tracked service.
US Delivery:
Tracked Shipping via Royal Mail 7-14 days: from £12.00 depending on the size of your order.
As this is a tracked service, the tracking number will be confirmed with you once shipped.
For International orders travelling outside of the UK, packages may be subject to customs, duties and taxes which are determined by the destination country, the shipment value and the contents of the shipment. Customs, import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
Order Processing:
Order processing times are generally within 3-5 business days of order placement. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know that it has been dispatched. You can then expect the estimated delivery time stated above, for your order’s arrival.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once shipped with Royal Mail, arrival times are out of our control.
Other:
We do not include paper invoices with your online order. This means that all confirmations received by email are in effect, your receipt.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all contact information provided is correct. LULU The Label is not responsible for missing parcels due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the buyer.
Returns Policy
Please send us an email at hello@luluthelabel.com, including your order number and reasoning for this. We do not offer free returns.
Hair accessories purchased through LULU The Label, excluding sale items may be returned within 28 days of the shipping date. All hair accessories must be returned to us in perfect condition - unworn and unwashed. Product condition is left to the discretion of LULU The Label. If approved, we will then authorise your return and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment used to make your purchase. The refund may take up to 10 working days to show in your account, depending on your payment method.
The item is entirely your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid delays and lost packages. For International returns travelling outside of the UK, please mark ‘returns’ on the package as customs charges incurred from failure to do this will be deducted from the refund value.
As stated above, we do not offer free returns which means the original postage cost is non-refundable. The customer is entirely responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
